10 Follow-Up Text Messages for Real Estate Leads (Copy and Paste)

Texts get read quickly, which makes them powerful for follow-up. But a bad text feels like spam. Here are 10 templates that sound human, plus the rules that keep you out of trouble.

Rules Before You Send

Get permission. Only text people who gave you their number and agreed to be contacted.
Say who you are in the first message.
Keep it short: two or three sentences.
Ask one easy question.
Check the laws in your area about texting and marketing messages, and always honor 'stop'.
