Rules for Writing Your Own

Keep it short. Under about 50 characters shows fully on phones.
Be specific. 'Homes near [school]' beats 'New listings'.
Use their name or their area when it fits naturally.
Ask a question. It sparks curiosity.
Avoid spam triggers like ALL CAPS, many exclamation marks and 'FREE!!!'.
Test two versions and keep the one with the better open rate.
